Refund Policy

Custom Software & Web Development

For custom software engineering, web application development, and digital marketing retainers, the scope of work and payment milestones are strictly defined in the signed Client Service Agreement. Payments made for completed project milestones are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled mid-milestone, refund eligibility is subject to the terms of the specific project agreement.

Custom 3D Printing & Prototyping

Due to the highly customized, bespoke nature of 3D printing and custom prototyping commissions, all orders are final once manufacturing/printing commences. We cannot offer refunds or cancellations for custom models. However, if your printed model arrives damaged, broken, or defective, please submit photo evidence to our support team within 48 hours of delivery, and we will initiate a priority reprint and replacement at no extra charge.

Digital Assets & 3D Models

Digital items purchased from our library, including STL files, OBJ meshes, CAD blueprints, and design templates, are immediately delivered upon purchase. Because digital assets cannot be physically returned, all digital asset sales are final. If you encounter any technical issues or file corruptions, please reach out to us and we will promptly supply a corrected file.

Physical Store Items

For standard, non-custom physical items purchased directly from our online store (such as ready-made collectibles or standard components), we offer a 14-day return window. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived defective.

Refund Processing

Once your returned physical item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed immediately and applied to your original credit card or payment method (via Razorpay) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
